NO magnetic API Spiral drill collar
Non Magnetic API Spiral Drill Collar is made from low chromium-manganese forged alloy steel, and the strict chemical composition analysis is undertaken for the material. The material is tested in mechanical properties to ensure that the hardness, toughness, impact value and corrosion resistance meet standards. The material has good low magnetic conductivity and good mechanical process property.
Magnetic conductivity (Magnetic field strength=1x105/4πNm):
The maximum value: 1.010, the average value: µr is less than or equal to 1.005.
Magnetic field gradient: the maximum: B is less than or equal to 0.05.
